Rooted Mental Health Solutions was created
from a desire to provide culturally competent
care across the lifespan. Our providers are
committed to providing mental health care
solutions to those that find themselves
misunderstood, underserved, or otherwise
stigmatized in their pursuit of mental health and
wellness. Persons of all cultural backgrounds,
walks of life, spiritual beliefs, sexual orientation,
and level of need are welcome to take root with us.

Mental health is an essential aspect of our overall well-being affecting how we think, feel, and act in various situations. Just like physical health, our mental health requires attention and care.
We promote radical self-acceptance through a holistic, human-centered approach. Mental health disorders are common and treatable, and seeking help when needed is a sign of strength.
